Orders & Shipping

Q1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Q2. How long does shipping take?

   - Processing: 1–3 business days

   - Transit (Standard): typically 8–14 business days
Note: Transit times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, or holidays.

Q3. How much is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders. Some items may require a minimum purchase threshold for free shipping; any threshold will be shown on the product page and at checkout.

Q4. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Track it via your carrier link or services like 17TRACK. If the tracking doesn’t update, email aviora.shopstore@gmail.com.

Q5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Shipped orders must follow the return process (see Returns & Warranty below).

Q6. Will I pay customs or duties?
No customs duties apply for domestic US shipments. Applicable sales tax (if any) is calculated at checkout.

Q7. My package shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it—what do I do?
Check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your mailbox/parcel locker. If still missing, contact us within 7 calendar days of the “Delivered” scan: aviora.shopstore@gmail.com.

 

Payments, Discounts & Security

Q8. What payment methods do you accept?

   - PayPal

   - Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal (no PayPal account required—choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal page).

Q9. Do you offer installments (Afterpay/Klarna)?
Not at this time. All payments are securely processed through PayPal.

Q10. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Card details are handled by PayPal on its secure checkout. Aviora does not store your full card information.

Q11. How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your code at checkout and click Apply before paying. One code per order; codes can’t be combined.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Q12. What is your return window?
You can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and any free gifts included.

Q13. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email aviora.shopstore@gmail.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos/video for defects. We’ll reply with instructions.

Q14. Who pays for return shipping?

   - Non‑defective returns: customer pays return shipping.

   - Defective items: Aviora covers return shipping after approval.

Q15. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 6‑month limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Approved claims are replaced (no refunds under warranty). Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

 

Products & Care

Q16. Do items ever ship separately?
Occasionally, multi‑item orders may ship in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Q17. Are your devices safe to use?
Always follow the instructions in the product manual and any safety warnings on the product page. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use and contact us.

Q18. Do you offer manuals or setup guides?
Yes—most products include a quick start guide in the box. If you need a digital copy, email us and we’ll send it.
