Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Method & Cost

We aim to offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders.
Some products may have a minimum purchase threshold for free shipping, which will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, any reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Taxes & Duties
Applicable sales tax (if any) is calculated at checkout based on your destination. No customs duties apply for domestic US shipments.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. If your order shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, contact us within 7 calendar days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Force Majeure
We’re not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, public health measures, or carrier/customs disruptions).

After-Sales Claims

   - Lost/Not Received: Report within 7 days of a “Delivered” scan.

   - Damaged/Incorrect Item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and the shipping label.
