I. General Policies
1. Applicability
- This policy applies only to orders purchased directly from aviora.store.
- Items purchased through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) must follow the return process of that platform.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or free gifts.
- Physical damage caused by misuse (drops, liquid exposure, etc.).
- Natural wear and tear (scratches, stains).
- Items marked as Final Sale or Gift.
For any personal care items that have been opened or show signs of use, returns are not supported for hygiene reasons.
II. Return Policy
1. Timeframes
- Standard Returns: Within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Defective Items: Within 1 year of delivery (proof of defect required).
2. Return Process
Step 1 – Submit a Request
Email aviora.shopstore@gmail.com with:
- Order number + product name.
- Reason for return (for defects, include video or photo proof).
Step 2 – Approval
If approved, our support team will send you the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3 – Ship Back
Repackage the item securely in its original packaging and send it using the method provided. Share your tracking number with us.
Step 4 – Refund
Once inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
3. Cost Responsibilities

4. Important Notes
- Do not return items without prior confirmation.
- Returns sent via “Collect on Delivery” will be refused.
- Refunds cover the product price only; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item.
- Items missing parts, showing wear, or without original packaging may receive partial refunds.
III. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for defective products within 3 months of delivery.
- Contact aviora.shopstore@gmail.com with your order details and proof of defect.
- Once approved, ship the item back; replacement ships within 1–3 business days after we receive it.
IV. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing us.
- If your order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
V. Price Protection
- If our price drops within 7 calendar days of your delivery date, contact us for a refund of the difference.
- Does not apply to clearance or final sale items.
VI. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after approval.
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
