Warranty Policy

Aviora warrants all eligible products for 6 months from the original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship arising from normal use.

 

Warranty Coverage

If your product experiences a malfunction or quality issue under normal use during the warranty period, contact us at aviora.shopstore@gmail.com.
In your email, include:

   - Order number and product name.

   - Clear description of the issue.

   - A short video showing the malfunction or defect.

We’ll review your claim based on the provided evidence. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement.

Note: If a video or photo proof cannot be provided, we may be unable to process your warranty claim.

Requirements

   - Warranty claims must be within the 6-month period from purchase.

   - Keep your original purchase receipt as proof of warranty eligibility.

   - Replacement products provided under warranty do not renew or extend the original warranty period.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

   - Cosmetic changes from normal wear and tear.

   - Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

   - Any product that has been opened, modified, or disassembled.

   - Damage due to improper personal use (including breakage).

   - Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.

Important Notes

   - Warranty claims for product quality issues are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).

   - This policy applies only to orders purchased from aviora.store.

   - For products bought through other channels, please contact the original seller.
